Do any of you know the cheapest way to fly to Edinburgh, either from Southampton or from one of the London airports? I need to take my son to the University open day there, and am trying to organise a flight.  Thanks!

I always use expedia to check flights etc - www.expedia.co.uk - and you can book direct through them as well.   I've used them half a dozen times now - for longhaul and local flights.

I've flown Easijet Stansted/edinburgh - but to get cheap flights you normally need to book well in advance :)
