My girl is on day 59 her mother had primary inertia went full term, my girl is healthy but nothing is happening. Is primary inertia Hereditary she is carrying high.

I haven't heard anything at all regarding primary inertia being hereditary so would not worry at the moment about it, just keep a close eye on her, keep checking her temp and for all the usual signs.  It is natural for you to worry, but I am sure all will be well and you will have the pitter, patter of tiny feet soon enough. Good luck with the whelping it is a very exciting time.

thank you Brainless i read the arcticle, but my girl went into labour yersterday morning on day 60 had to have a c-sertion had 2 pup's but one died aboy but the girl survived both mum & baby are doing well so far.

Sorry to hear you lost a pup.  I hope the other pup and mum continue to do well.
