Any Variety classes with prize money. They are often sponsored by companies and are sometimes conducted as heats and finals.

Rarely actually get prize money these days, often it is the sponsors vouchers for their food :(

I won The days champions takes last year and had to get the food with the vouchers that my dogs don't get on that well with, but wasn't allowed to just get them treats with it instead.

Love showing in stakes classes, though object to the high entry fee for the oens at champ shows, as often they clash with breed classes so yoru money is wasted.

The boys were second in the Our Dogs Brace stakes at Blackpool & they won £5.00 LOL which we spend on them of course :D

In the pst it was nice to go and get the girls something to chew on their bench with the winnings:cool:

A quick scan of the Champ Show schedules that I have, shows that there is prize money for some stakes classes and not others. However, all the open show stakes classes have prize money according to the schedules I've got. :)

Yep it is the champ and veteran ones that have no real prize money any more haven't anything eligible for the rest.
