I've just got back from the vets, Jasmine decided to scare the wits out of me by swallowing a hair scrunchie

I had bathed and blow dried her then gave her, and all the others, their tea. I just didn't have a snood to hand, so I tied her lugs up with a scrunchie. She shook it off as soon as she'd finished eating, and proceeded to chew it. As I stooped to take it off her, she wolfed it down,:rolleyes:

So now she's had my hand down her throat, she's been force fed salty water and then mustard as advised by the vet over the phone. 1/2 hour later still no joy, so arranged to meet the vet at the surgery. After two doses of Apomorph, up it came. Thank the Lord.

The vet asked me if I wanted the scrunchie back

They never do this sort of thing in office hours do they.
