It's time crimes like this were treated as seriously as if it were a child.  After all, what animal could do anything to provoke such treatment?   :( :(

It is appalling and should be punished but punishments have to be in proportion.  I don't think the parent of a murdered child would think it appropriate that animal abuse involved the same resouces and the exact same punishment.

Maybe so, but this goes way beyond 'abuse' and the sick mind/minds that did this won't necessarily stop at animals :( :(

That's so true Dill, Psychiatrists will tell you that people that abuse animals tend to go on and abuse other humans...what a World we live in huh...makes me even more depressed!

Thats so true! why should it be different an animal is just as defencless as a child. Horrible horrible people.
