Got my headcollar for my big girl but when I tried it on her I noticed the pull of the lead was turning the 2 large rings into the corner of her mouth which would very quickly make it sore by rubbing there.
The rings sit right at the top corner of each side of her mouth.  Surely this can't be right.
Anyone else got one who can tell me if thiers does the same
