Hiya
Does anybody here use 'Virgin' for their Pet Insurance? At present I am with 'Kennel Club' but now that the renewal is due they are charging me ten pounds extra per Month.
Kennel Club wants 29.50 p.month and Virgin 17.35 per Month.

Im with M&S and it was the cheapest for us and the limit for the vets fees etc seemed good compared to others I looked at.

Kennel Club is very expensive.  Shop around, we use Sainsburys for the bernese and More Than for the poodles

I compared policiy terms and prices of mostof the 'big names' and Marks and Spencer were by far the best deal for us. £10.65 per month (or thereabouts) for a Newfie and £7.95 for my large crossbreed. They are the only provider I found to offer a no-excess option and it only costs me about £5 extra per policy per year for this :)

DITTO with regard to M&S Insurance...I've just changed all of mine to them...much cheaper!

Looking at the M&S it looks good. I arranged mine through a broker and at the moment my cover I pay about £8 a month I pay £35 or 10%excess one off per condition and have cover of £1000 per condition which is not really enough.

Many insurances seem to twice the price for pedigrees which seems unfair as they have been carefully bred and their folks were health checked etc.

I switched to M&S and then had to claim.  No arguments, no phone calls, no nit picking.  Just a cheque in the post :)  I pay about 15 pounds a month for Copper which is the no excess top range cover.

M&S is by far the best IMO. I pay no excess & £100 cheaper premium than I would be with the KC.
They do 'Cover For Life' too which most insurers do not...other than PP & KC.

Hi,

I have just insured my lab with Petpals and pay £13.99 for 11 months (1 month free) this is a lifelong cover plan with £40.00 excess. hope this helps. lauren.

I can not recommend M&S enough!!!The cover sounds too good to be true and there is no excess which is fantastic. They paid out for us directly to the vet no questions asked..I had to enquire with the vet to wether the bill was paid and it had been settled in 2 days!! For £10.65 no other company touches them for quality of cover and they do what they say.(Unlike Direct Line....pants,pants.. pants).Infact I am so impressed I am changing all my insurance over to them car,house...go for it!
