We have a 14yo collie x, who never! stops barking!! :mad:
She barks at everything and anything!! Anyone have any tips, or training aids that can be used, have limited buget!!

Has she just recently started barking? have you had her hearing checked? It's just a thought but my last collie girl got much noiser in her dotage as her hearing and eyesight failed so things tended to just 'appear' and startle her.

I thought you'd started baking scones & victoria sandwiches :D :D

As Chaumsong says, its probably the failing of her sight and hearing that is causing her to bark at "shadows" - Purdey would sometimes do it too.

I agree I had the same problem with my old boy he would bark if I left the room as if calling me back so he could see me.
I just asked him to come along with me to stop him panicking which he was quite happy with.
Dont you just love the old darlings ....theyre just so special...
