saw 3 diffrent adverts for the same person  selling a chi, a large yorkie, a rottie, a mastiff, collie x pups, and yorkie pups i think someone is stealing dogs

Might be worth contacting the Police to alert them to your suspicious and have them cross reference agqainst reported dog thefts. You never know you might just be lucky and find soemone who doesn't view dog theft as low priority.
