can these dogs be clipped or are they all scissored

According to the breed standard they should be either untrimmed or have their feet and muzzle slightly tidied up, with the coat left 3 to 4 inches long.

Yep, they should be scissored.  I used to trim pets about 3" all over, with the typical Bichon head, every 6-8 weeks.  They don't have the bodies to be clipped - they look really awful if you've ever seen a clipped Bichon! :eek:

We scissor them at grooming college - hard work but fun! :-)

Do this breed moult? just out curiosity my husband meets people on a regular basis and was told they don't moult!

no they dont moult :)
