Did anyone have a studio or ringside picture taken at Crufts by a company called 'I Did That'  - based on stand 64 in Hall 2 - their info came out with the Crufts passes.  I wondered if anyone else has had difficulty in getting their photo's.  I'm having great difficulty getting them to acknowledge my order and I fear they may have 'lost' my pictures.  I selected my prints on the first day and their literature says photo's would be sent out 10 working days from the end of Crufts.  Well it's now 33 working days later and still no photo's.  I've had one very poor telephone conversation with this company who seemed unable to trace my order.  Then some cock and bull e-mail saying they had got a little behind as someone had been to the dentist to have wisdom teeth out.  Anyone had any problems or is this a reputable Company and I should be a little more patient!

Shame if they have lost the order as it was our first Crufts and they would mean a lot as a keepsake.

I had problems with them 2 years ago,to be fair it was their 1st year there
but it appears they have got no better.

If the KC knew they were making false promises Im sure they
would consider allowing them to have a stand at Crufts again.

I would send a letter recorded delivery and mention your going
to inform the KC after all the leaflets come with the KC bumf.

i am afraid thats what happens when you employ a whole heap of students etc who do not know one end of a camera from the other....fraid their reputation is well known

I drove them mad on the phone got my photo this morning they said thier was a back log and they were being send out this week.
Not impressed with thier service I might add.

I got my photos this morning.Lovely photos, however, I ordered two photos , a head picture and a full body picture. they sent me two head pictures! lovely but not what i ordered!
Rang this morning to sort it out and was told the chap dealing with the pictures would ring back today. heard nothing so i'll ring again tomorrow morning and be a bit more assertive!!
