You could try Google Earth. You can download it free. I've been looking but if it's not high resolution area you may not see it.

I found the image in someone's online gallery and even tried to look up the image name on the getmapping website. Nothing! I thought I could find anything on the internet, this is really frustrating! The gallery I found belonged to an American with a lot of boxer pictures. Where did your friend get the picture? or is she AuntyJoJo?

Whatever it is, it's very big - look at the size of the houses in the bottom right corner. All the sewage treatment works I've seen have many circular tanks, but much smaller than that.

This is Stonehenge to the same scale.
