Has anyone who owns a dog in partnership used this to enter a show and if so, did it automatically enter the dog in both (or all) owner's names??

I'm a bit confused :rolleyes:....I have recently transferred my dog into ownership with my partner (Yep, he realises how honoured he is!!! :-D :-D) and I'm trying to set up future show entries online.

When it goes through the stages of entry and you reach the part prior to payment, it shows up details of dog etc and class entered but it doesn't show up the registered owner(s)

Makes me a bit jittery about hitting the "Pay" button until I'm convinced they have the entry 100% correct!

Has anyone else experience of using this online entry system with a dog owned in partnership?

Both my Cavaliers are owned in partnership & they always get entered correctly at shows LOL in fact before online entries my younger boy had his DOB recorded incorrectly on one of the databases(not by me but the cataolgue firm)& no matter how many times I corrected at show(& entered him correctly on the entry form)they never got it right. From the first entry online his DOB has been corrected

The way I checked the data held by all three of the online printers wa to complete aal the dogs details & save them on the sites Log out & then back in & then go to my Dogs Data to check the ownership etc !

Moonmaiden, did you write to the printers re correction? If not then they tend not to check the details. They just press a button. I was told this when one of mine had the wrong details a few shows running. After writing to the printer it was sorted! :)

We wrote, we rang, we even corrected the information with the printer rep who was at a champ show with an internet link & she corrected there & then(pre online entry show)& they still did not correct it, but one online entry & poof all was correct ! & it wasn't higham either ;)

I got into such a pickle doing this I ended up starting another dogbiz account as it seemed impossible to see if it had recognised the alterations.

All sorted - I had a very nice email from Norman @ Higham this morning.  :-D

I'd actually managed to do it correctly!!!
