i know someone who has 2 dogs a male and female the female is about 3 and the boy is year and half ish i think well anyway im thinking of reporting them to the rspca as every thime the female come into season she has a litter i have tryed to tell them they are doing her no good breeding her so much she has just had her third litter the person who has the dogs even lied to me told me that  the dog  was not pregnant as she knew i would not be impressed my friend put me straight tho and then i saw the ladys kids and they where shouting about there pups, last time i saw the dog she had just had her second litter she looked small but healthy my friend saw her the other day and now she looks skinny and unhealthy will the rspca do anything its really annoying me now but these ppl are just in it for the money selling the dogs for 400 quid with no jabs and no paperwork

any advice of what i could do

Breeding a bitch on every season is inadvised but not illegal or anything.  If the dogs are suitably housed and cared for then all the RSPCA can do is 'advise' the owners.  However, they obviously don't give a hoot do they :rolleyes:

no when the dog was giving birth last time a pup got stuck and they took her to pdsa vet told them he should spay her there and then apperently they told vet to f**K off they are so rude, cant even be bothered with them any more dont bother to talk to them but i feel so sorry for the dogs what makes it worse is it that they are breeding staffies and there already so many of them in rescue already 

Its an awful thing isn't it but unfortunately not uncommon :(

Edit to say - those are the 'sort' of owners who should only own neutered dogs, but hey, how can they be forced into it :rolleyes:

No, it's not considered 'cruel' because they're not 'interfering with nature'. It's bad husbandry, but it's no more 'cruel' than what happens in nature.

i alo know a lady who has 4 dogs the eldest bitch is 3 and has had 4or 5 litters they kept a boy and gisl out of one of the litters and they to have just had a litter a week ago. the rspca dont seem to care they say ther is nothing they can do

Yes it is IMO too.  However, from the laws perspective it would depend upon how the bitch is cared for before, during and after her pregnancy as well as how the other resident dog(s) & puppies were cared for as to whether or not it would be deemed cruel or ignorant or what *sigh*

there is a person like that near us , she breeds the bitch and son together at every season, you feel so sorry for them both , the male is allowed to roam and the bitch scavanges anything and everything she can, and they are big dogs as well, rhodesian ridge backs.

It is extremely ill advised to breed a bitch every season but as others have stated not illegal, so the RSPCA will not come to your aid I am afraid, the fact that she is thinner is proberbly due to her feeding the pups it does slim down a bitch pretty quickly, however they soon put it back on.

When she can no longer be bred from she will no doubt end up in rescue, it is a sad and sorry tale for the bitch and the pups who will not be to standard or health tested or even registered, but who can you blame but the people who are buying these pups.

There is nothing you can do. :-(

just thought you would all like to know i reported the ppl today as the female dog is a skinny as a whippet i couldnt take it anymore they have just made so much money out of that dogs its so cruel shw will be in season in bout 3 months if i dont do something now then she will have more pups i know it
