Going back to basics and teaching them toilet training again I think. My friend had a six month old neutered male who wee'd in the house. Constant training in the garden eventually brought him round. Is it me or are boys dirtier. My bitch never had an accident in the house and picked up toilet training very quickly. My little boy was the dirtiest little monster and it took me months to get him to stop going in the house, even though he'd just been in the garden.
Do these two youngsters get on okay, because one thing might be one is setting the other off in regards to marking their territory.

Sounds to me as if they aren't completely housetrained. So it's back to basics time!

Sounds to me like not only are they not housetrained, but they are not very interested in HIM and far more interested in one another. Not surprising if they have been brought up together and work hasnt been put in spending time wtih them individually.

Id suggest to him quite strongly that he needs to put in some serious work now, as this also sounds like scent marking and he's likely to have to deal with a power struggle between them as they mature.
