I have just been to Spain for a week as didn't bother to diet before and since got back put nearly a stone on (thats hols for you!!)
I am going away for 2 weeks in August (somewhere exotic but we haven't decided where.....any ideas greatly received !) so I plan to lose at least 2 stone (plan!!). I am cutting down on calories/fat/sugar etc but would also like to tone up. I don't have time to go to a gym as there isn't one near me and I don't drive, I do get exercise from dog walking but i would like to get a Keep fit DVD to do at home. Does anyone have any recommendations ??
I have a decent size living room to jump around in. As there as so many to choose from (Davina, Dance workouts, Charlie Brooks, Angela Griffin etc etc etc !!) I don't want to just buy one. I am not in favour of pilates, tae-bo (tried it afew years back) or dancing around for an hour and nearly passing out !!!
Any goodies to recommend??
Thank you all
The only fitness video (and it is only on video as it is quite old) is teh Y Plan Fat Breaker. I have tried Davina, Martine Dance Body and others but I still go back to my old faithful fatbreaker. It really is teh king of all exercise vids.
You can pretty much only buy it on Amazon or you might find it in charity shops but it is fab.
