Does anyone have these from Landy's if so, can you tell me are they just the shanks (middles) or are they the knuckle ends too? Have just discovered that Landys deliver to my area, and marrow bones are like gold dust round here, but don't want to order if they are all 'middles' - too much marrow!

It's usually a mixture of both...knuckles are HUGE too

Lamb rib bones are actually sections of rib cage and bits of neck. I ordered 15 rib bones and got masses!!

I got a mixture of marrow bones and knuckles.

Must agree about the lamb ribs - I ordered 30 thinking they'd be laying flat, stacked one on top of the other which would take up no room at all :rolleyes: Instead I got 2 huge bags of half hacked up rib cages! lol

Moral of the story - if in doubt, ask :D

I wasn't very taken with their lamb ribs to be honest - I thought there wasn't enough meat on them.
