ive just come back from shopping with my daughter, she bought a new pair of boots and inside one of the boots was one of them stupid packets of silicon which say on it do not eat.  the packet was put in the bin, but i have just been into the kitchen and seen the packet on the floor,  it is soggy and bits of silicon (i think that is what they are) are on the floor.  one of the pups has got to it but i do not know whether any of it was swallowed.  any advice please

Ring your vet, they will check with the relevant poison units and come back to you and advise you. Better safe than sorry in my book.

I would ring the vet. The silicone is designed to absorb moisture and if swallowed will start to do the same inside your pup.
