How can i find show results that include the breeding of the dog?
i'm sure i found some a few months ago but i can't remember where. Does anyone have any other ways of finding out the breeding of sucessful dogs/puppies?? We have DW each week but that only gives you the names, i am trying to follow the sucessful new sires through puppy wins but have been finding it hard.:confused:

Looking for labradors BTW if you know any Lab sites with info.

Catalogues are your best bet. Hopefully you are looking at the successful dams ;-)

When I wrote breed notes for my breed I always gave the breeding of the winners, as like you I felt this was important for those in the breed, those looking at perhaps owning the breed, or those interested in how lines were progressing.

I notice that many other breed note writers do the seme, so I would read the weekly breed notes from both papers.

Other than that ask for the relevant pages from anyone you know in Gundogs that always gets a catalogue.
