Hi my puppy jack has stolen my dads glasses and legged it outside (pouring with rain).my dad had to lure him inside with treats . it was so funny have any of your dogs done anything like that before, if so share the laughs.

I wish I could have seen that, KD. It sounds hilarious!! And I think glasses are one of the absolutely favourite thing for pups to steal because Nipper loves to nick them and tear off to the kitchen where he tries to make himself and the glasses invisible in his bed!

But he doesn't get the chance to steal specs very often so what he does most nights is quietly put his front paws on the sofa where my OH has his feet up watching the news and then puts his little nose into his trouser pocket so he can steal his handkerchief.  Once he's got it the hanky has to be "killed" which involves lots of ferocious shaking it between his teeth and pouncing on it if it looks like it's "getting away"!

that sounds really funny that happend to my mum once well...it was in the moring and my mum was of work with a cold (poor mum)and our puppy jumped up and sniffed th air then straight into my mums pocket, then the handkerchief and ecxatly what your dog did. Luckily the little rascal has gone to bed. .is your dog a terrier?ours is.I ask because it might  just be a terrier thing.

Mine is an 8 month old Jack Russell Terrier, KD so I think it could well be a terrier thing!

hi
When my dog was a puppy he decided to steal my wife's glasses from the dining room table once we had gone to bed. When we came down in the morning the glasses were destroyed! The real problem was that she had a driving test later on during the day,she borrowed my glasses but unfortunatly she failed! The dog was definatly in the dog house that day!!

t's only really shoes with our dog.  She runs around with them when she is excited so I have to be careful not to open a door when she has a shoe.  Found daughter's trainer in the garden one morning and only a couple of days ago she ran off into the street (quiet cul-de-sac) and I after I called her back in I just happened to notice one of my slippers along the pavement  :D

OH no.  That happened to a lady I worked with, only her dog ATE her glasses.  They reappeared, of course, but in not in any useable shape or form.  Yuck.

How did the exam go KD?? (hope it went well!)
Storm snaffled a bowl of Blueberries I was defrosting this morning
He now has a comedy 'Billy connolly' style PURPLE goatee beard
had to take him to the woods and not the park so noone would see him! :D
(you might have to ask your mum who Billy Connolly is!!)

My mums dog once stole her teeth

She had to take them out as they were new and were hurting her ,so she wrapped them in a tissue and put them in her cardigan pocket. When she hung her cardi on the back of the chair he snaffled them out of the pocket and snook off with them.
When she came to put them back in she was horrified to find they had gone and the whole family was summoned to look for them.
After about an hour mum was getting really worried as the thought of going to work with 3 front teeth missing was horrendous.
Then my brother noticed Digger coming in from the garden with something and asked him to drop it.
Low and behold there was mums teeth complete with mud 'fillings' from being buried and dug back up in the garden.
I was hysterical laughing but mum was not amused.
A good soak in sterident and they were good as new. luckily :D

Our son has been wearing glasses since he was 3 years old. One Sunday he was sat eating a roast chicken dinner, he had gravy all over his glasses so took them off and put them on the table......1 hour later he went back and his glasses were gone......found the remains well licked and clean, but unfortunately well chewed too, in our dogs bed!!

At least somebody enjoyed my chicken gravy!!.....lol.
