Also the rules for making champions in different countries also vary.
You can't make up a French champion unless they win one of their awards at a particular show for example.
With others you need 3 or more certificates,a dn some there has to be a specific length of time between the first and last qualifying award, as therre is for the FCI International title.
In very few countries will a dog already titled in another country on winning the certificate become a champion in that country, two I can think of are Luxembourg and Poland, most others till require you to win the requisite number of certificates.
In my won breed in Scandinavia no matter how many titles a dog has it cannot get a show title unless it has the requisite number of hunting trial certificates. I know of such a dog that is a BIS winner, has CACIB's to spare, but no hunting certificates no champion.
