How sad that Dana Reeve has died so soon after her husband. What a tragic time for their family. He must have been such an inspiration to others after his accident and I imagine she would have wanted to continue his work. I'm not usually affected by 'celebs' - but this is just very sad, too young.

Oh how sad but I bet she lost her will to live after he had gone even though I know how much they had gone through when he was alive. I am sure not having him there was a factor :(

I feel most sorry for their son, I think he is 13/14 and now alone. :(

I never knew she died either but did hear she was sick :(

She had lung cancer but never smoked :(

No you've not missed anything!!

Just with having someone in the family with the same disablement (is that a word) as Christopher Reeve and losing my brother at the age of 15, it does sometimes make me wonder!  Oh well, as they say, life is what you make of it.
