Playing with it on won't make her like it any better :D She's three months old.... howsabout carrying her out the front door up about a block, then setting her down on the sidewalk with the lead on.
Start walking a couple of steps towards home, and tell her in a higher pitch than normal voice....."Come-on_____"
If she doesn't move, tug the leash unevenly with little slight jerks(not straight even pull) just to get her direction going and then release the pressure. Then start the pull again. Make it fun sounding (she's a baby - it's preschool time :D :D)
Let her take a couple of steps, then stop and take stock in her new environment. Then start up again, tug and call gently...eventually she'll get the idea and then you'll be off :D :d It's an adventure that's purely new. So just be patient and gentle :D
If she starts fighting, stop, regroup (say "no"), but let her think a moment. Then start over. Once, I had to teach 1 year old dog how to walk on a leash...I'll take a puppy anyday :D :D
Just try to have fun with it. There'll be time enough for the heavy lessons later on :D :D
good luck,
toodles
