Glad your mum is doing better.  My mum when through the same thing 5 years ago so I know how difficult it can be, especially as my mum lived 250 miles away and with young kids myself I couldn't go and see her a lot - phone bills were huge though!

Hope you mum continues to take things easy.

Rang my sister up this am,mum and my sister have been sick all night long, must of caught a tummy bug in the Hospital, mum now feels awful, when I visited mum yesterday,I could not believe how dirty the place was,a nurse came up to the bed full of cold, toilets not clean, smell of urine throughout the wards,so at least she is out of there now, advised my sister to ring GP about this bug as mum is on various tablets for her arm.I will be glad when she is back home so I can sort things out,my sister is doing her best and making mum very comfy, however I have been to all appointments and with mum living near mear me, I am used to all her needs.
