My bitch was mated 17 & 15 days ago and we are experiencing and intermittent white/milky discharge, is this normal so early into pregnancy?She is not constantly cleaning her vulva, I have done a search and most people have this later on around day 35 and beyondShould I be concerned?

I had something very similar with my maiden bitch, I took her to the Vets and everything was okay.  It is sometimes just due to the mating.  However, if you have any concerns I would have your Vet check her out. At least it will put your mind at rest.

I was told that this phenomena is perfectly normal when I worried about it, and a sign of pregnancy. Of course smelly yellow/ green discharge should be taken very seriously, but creamy white non offensive discharge is fine.
