This might sound like a daft question but my 11 month old dog this morning started to try and hump (like a male dog does) my other female dog!
firstly I didnt think female dogs humped!
and secondly her first season finished at the end of January so how come she is randy!
Please help!

It's mainly to do with one dog trying to dominate the other. :)
mine do the same as brainlees dogs when in season one is a shetland shepdog the other gasd the shelltie is worse than the gsd both are bitches
It's not unusual for female dogs to try to hump other dogs (or their owners' legs).
I'm not convinced by the dominance explanation but would rather see it as general excitement and not sexual.

Is your other bitch due in season? My girls do it all the time when they are in or due in season.
As long as the humped dog doesn't mind it isn't an issue, and if it bothers you just casually distract them onto soemthing more interesting.
Our bitches have synchronised seasons and their party piece is to line up each on each other's backs  daft lot!!

my parents have a 9 year old bitch they cant give her teddies so she trys it on with them ,ha ha

My most submissive bitch will mount her Mother and try humping her when she has finished her food. She is the least dominant bitch I have, so I put it down to being excited. Don't worry about it, it is quite normal.
I have just been for a walk and met the nicest guy with the biggest labrador i have ever seen!! He seemed to take a liking to tyler and kept trying to jump on his back which was quite amusing.
