Does anyone live near / know any of these areas.  I'm thinking of moving further out and would appreciate any views on what they are like, particularly with regards to dogs...ie walks, parks, clubs, training etc. but also entertainment, shopping, transport?
Thanks

I know Winkfield very well; Bracknell and Camberley I know only in so much as they have useful shopping ares/leisure activities.

There is lots of green belt around these parts.

I live nearer to WIndsor, btu if you want to pm me I can give you more info.

I have dog satfor friends in Farnborough/Fleet and there's lots of army training ground - forest that goes on for acres - so it is a good area for dog walking!

I have friends with RRs who live in Bracknell and near Woking and they seem to have lovely walks near them.

I currently live in Ascot, moving back to Bracknell soon. As long as you have a car, you're spoilt for fabulous dog walks around here, so no issues there. If you don't have a car, depends where you would be living, but still lots of scope for good walking. If you have anywhere particular in mind, either post it or PM me and I'll try and give you some more specific info.

Training/clubs ... haven't been to any for ages. Used to go to Camberley for ringcraft, quite a nice club over there. Used to go obedience training in Priestwood (Bracknell) and will be looking soon to see if the club is still there.

Camberley is quite nice for shopping, Bracknell's OK for essentials. I quite often go to Staines, which isn't as far away as it seems and is fairly good. Guildford and Reading both nice shopping centres not too far away.

Thank you everyone.
Initially, I was looking at Woking, but Bracknell and Farnborough are looking increasing attractive.  I remember taking my son to the 'pirate ship swimming pool' many years ago, but other than bypassing it on the way to Reading, know very little about it.  Farnborough I don't know at all, so will have to take a few trips out that way.
