Hi there if anyone is feeding their dogs  Naturediet and you can get to a pet store I would suggest that you do it as soon as possible. One of the factory's has been closed because of an industrial accident, and the new factory is not running at full power yet.

OMG:eek: Thanks for that! Will go clear the shelves ASAP! When did you hear of that??

Hi  I heard it when I tried to get some from my pet shop yesterday and the lady phoned her supplier who told her that health and safety had shut the old factory down until they investigated the accident.

Oh nooooo...........just when supplies were getting a little better - just what we don't need! Thanks for letting me know.

I think we better mention someone died before anyone says anything too insensitive about the inconvenience.
- By luvhandles Date 22.02.06 16:31 UTC
......Oh dear, how awful :0(    Had no idea. What on earth happened Isabel?

Not sure, just that a man died.  I should have worded my post better, of course it isn't insensitive if you don't know I just think people might want to kick themselves for saying something without realising this.

sad to hear this...but relieved that after all the shennanigens since last october, I switched to Natures menu for the occassional wet.
No doubt the lady from ND will be along soon with an email via Admin...I love it she's like the shopkeeper from Mr.Benn ('As if by magic! the shopkeeper appeared!) to put the record straight..they seem to be suffering a lot of with different variations of stories from suppliers!
Its a great product but I cant be doing with this hassle all the time. :(

Hi Isabel  I did not like to mention that, but maybe it is best that you did and such a shame too I was speaking to the Lady at Naturesdiet this morning on the phone and she was reluctant to say anthing about it but that I can understand as they must all be so very upset about it.

I think that a young man was working in the packing department and got caught in some machinery

Don't fret :) Like I said it's not insensitive if you didn't know.

Just had the information from Naurediet that in a couple of weeks the new factory will be running and producing at 100%

People should phone naturediet direct the staff I'm sure will help you.

The people are naturediet know the problems my puppy has with not digesting food properly, the diarrhoea and all the allergies he has and that he can only eat a certain type even with the difficulties they are having they make sure I receive a supply of the food. They are extremely helpful and have an outstanding service in my opinion. My puppy is getting so much better he's put on weight his faeces are nearly there and no undigested food in them and his itching has stopped YAY I have nothing but praise for the company and staff and if I need advice they never make me feel like I'm a nuisance. Its very sad news one of their workers has passed away :(

They are taking orders today, but it is limited.

They only had Original and Chicken & tripe, They limited my order to 6 cases.

The good news is that the packs are either slightly under or overweight so they were giving a huge discount.

I got 6 cases for about £40
