Hi all.
any ideas on how to stop an Irish Wolfhound pacing when trotting?
He is 5 1/2mths old and has his first show in 2 weeks

You could try a tight turn before setting off, or a sharp jerk on the lead as you set off to unbalance him and force him into the correct gait, or the "sudden start" which means he will probably do a jump to start with.... I've tried them all  The jerk on the lead works for me :)
