i have still not had my crufts passes yet, should i be worried, does anyone know who i need to phone to find out whats going on?

Any one had this problem. Yes  my passes  came last week  for my shih tzu  and was like you all, getting worried about my norwich terrier pass,so i emailed foss data   only to be told to look at my pass as it contained both my shih tzu and norwich on the same removal slip  and behold yes it did  but hang a bout how the dickens can i get my shih tzu in on a diffrent day to terriers, when i have to give in my removal pass up with the norwich the day before, i again emailed foss data  to be told they would send a copy  to me.but no other explaination. Please tell me we are still with the english K C
