Topic Dog Boards / General / how embarrasing!!!!
- By WestiesRock [gb] Date 10.02.06 15:12 UTC
I was in my local park walking my two young Westies when i came across a very nice 'George Clooney' look-a-like man with his Westie, (who infact we see every morning) his dog came up to me for a sniff and a hello, and i thought brilliant, this gorgeous man will have to talk to me now, as i was making a real fuss of his dog and trying to make her stay with us, so he would have to come over.  Just as my plan was working and we got talking, my beloved Westie decieded to embarrase me by peeing up his leg!!!!!

I nearly died!!!! - And we havent been on an early morning walk since!!

 Oh Westie, thats classic! how mortifying though!!
What did 'George Clooney' do?????
At least your westie made sure you were memorable ;)
I think you should brave it out (you never know, and its soon the 14th!!)
At least you have something to talk about now!
Good luck..and go get George!! :D

Well, i guess the good thing was that George was wearing wellie boots, so it kinda missed his troos. All he said was 'Thats one way to get the mud off'
Maybe he will come knocking at my door with a bottle of 'Becardi'
You better go and buy a Hat!!! :-)  Everyone is invited to the Wedding! :-)

:-)  Dog's who'd have em, LOL  Looking at it this way, your Westie must of thought he was the ideal man so take heed.
Pleaseeeeeee gives us the name of the park though, we don't get any Georgie's in ours, LOL

I don't even know why you're embarrassed if he had wellies on. If my dog had done that, I'd have probably peed myself laughing and THAT really would have been embarrassing. :D

LOL A good job you dont have Labs. Mine always look for smart shoes (who in their right mind walks a dog in the park in their best shoes?) or the most expensive leather lined wellies and he is just tall enough to pee right down the top of them

Well thats decided it Westie...He has a sense of humour too,he's a keeper!!
*Im clutching my hat and confetti* :D
Go get Him Gal !!!!!!!
(lol...keep that park name a secret too ;) we'r all interested in George now)

Davina McCall met her rather good looking chap whilst walking their dogs in the park!  You just never know!

Good luck.  At least it will be an original story to tell at the wedding!!!

If only my dog walks were that exciting!! I'm so jealous:)

lol

A good way to break the ice and have a laugh about it is, why don't you buy a pair of gaiters and present them to him on your next walk if you come across him.  He is bound to be charmed out of his wellies by you and ask you on a date! :D  You can buy a pair of gaiters for as little as a fiver!  worth it if he could potentially be the love of your life :D

Yep, if he laughed than he's got the right 'doggy' sense of humour!! Go get him girl!

I have a friend in the park (just a friend, he's about 40 years older!!) and my awful Cavalier boy has developed a habit of weeing on his rough collie bitch if I don't watch him!!

ps if you live in North London I am looking for Westies for my grooming course! :-)
