I am always worried about reheating cooked meat, esp roasts, so we often have cold roast meat :rolleyes: with veggies and hot gravy.
What is he best way of heating the meat up without drying it out, or poisoning us?

Don't normally reheat meat - but if I do, it's always covered in gravy (and microwaved), or incorporated into a curry, pilaff, soup etc :) I've never had a problem :)

As long as the meat has been stored in the fridge, before heating until it is piping hot it should be ok :)  I often cover with the gravy and then put in the oven to heat through, time depends on the heat of the oven (not high or it'll dry outside before heating the inside ;) )  ;) but it should be piping hot :)
