I think that further information would help to obtain the most useful advice.
Dogs get fat when overfed and under exercised, so I'm assuming you don't actually mean you want to get the dog ''fattened up''. I'm guessing you mean you want your dog to develop muscle and gain bodily condition. That's not the same as fattening up. In what way would this dog ''run off'' this weight? How old is he? What breed is he? What are you feeding at the moment?

we live beside large outside green area,where we spent most time,but pedigree is what were feeding him,but people tell me he could be more,thats all

boxer,2 yrs old,i know that boxer normally stay quite slim at the back,but ive seen plenty of boxers,who are really quite wide,but didnt know their owners,thanks

Do you feed him a complete? Maybe try a 'performance' or working dog variety if he's really active.
