Hi Everyone,
I am sorry I haven't gotten back to anyone who has sent emails/PM's, we are all fine and Jed is doing really well, I think the main reason for not being on so much is because I gave up smoking at the beginning of Jan, and have just been doing anything to keep my self busy!! We have had a really good, if very full, month - it has been great!!! :D
Anyway, hope everyone is well, and I will try to get on a bit more than I have been doing :D
Sorry again for not answering everyone seperatly,
Nat xxx
Hello Nat :-) It's lovely to hear from you, i also quit smoking 1st Jan :-D I feel great now......i'm just trying to watch my weight at the same time :-)
Hello :D :D :D
I know what you mean about the weight, I suppose that is why I have been trying to keep busy, I have found myself reaching for the odd chocolate bar that I wouldn't normally even think about but I think because I haven't stopped running about, it hasn't made me gain any weight.
How are you? And Tom?

Good to see you back! :D

Hi Nat :-D We're all fine, thanks :-) Tom went for another scan a few weeks ago......because there now checking for a bleed on the spine :-( and if that comes back clear, then they will operate.
So we're just playing a waiting game now.
I will keep everything crossed for all of you Kerry :)
Big hugs

Hi Nat!
Welcome back!
Good news on the Smoking front!!!!

we've missed you in our little support group :)
Glad all's well and good :D
Edited to say: No time like the present Golden Girl!! ;) ;) ;)
Thanks everyone - it is nice to be missed ;)
First real chance I have had to make a come back and the laptop decides to play games again  So now I am banished to Thomas' room to use his computer!!!
The non-smoking thing has been great to be honest, I did stop when I was pregnant with Thomas, and then started again when he was about 18 months old, I have told my hubby (who has never even so much as tried smoking in his life!!!) that I am not promising to never have another ciggy again, but I haven't even had one since I quit so I am doing well I think!!!
Hope everyone else who quit is doing their best!!
So have I missed anything on here?

Who was it that told me bringing up a pup is like bringing up a child, and I turned around and said "ah well I'll be alright, I done a good job with my son" (Ha ha!!) ...well who ever it was is a lying so and so!!! It is only the fact that Jed is so gorgeous that he hasn't found himself at the sausage factory!! ;) :D :D :D
No seriously he is doing really well, completely settled in and we wouldn't be without him for a minute. We did feel really sorry for him a few weeks ago because it has been so wet, he would go out in the garden get absolutely soaking wet and filthy dirty, so we would dry him off as best we could and put him in his crate to finish drying, but of course by the time he had dried he wanted to go back out in the garden, so we have put a fence up in the garden to stop him getting on the grass, it means he now only gets to go on the grass at the park but it is better than him sitting in his crate all day!! Once the garden has dried out he can go back on the grass again. He does still pull when we are walking but he is so good in every other way, we can't really complain!
Glad to hear you are okay Nat and that Jed is doing well
