Does ayone here own a copy of the latest edition of the KC illustrated breed standard? If so could you do me a favour? I need to find out if the photograph illustrating the BSD Malinois is the same as in previous editions or if it has been changed. (Because the photo on their website next to the standard is a different one.) In the 2 earlier editions I have the photo is easily recognised as the dog stands in a poppy field. (Am in the middle of writing an article for one of the dog papers and trying to find out if this particular bitch's photo is still used today or not!)

Mine is the current (2003) - I suspect Glenhafod is looking at the Terv? (Sorry if you're not ... !)

The one in the poppies is Sabrefield New Story and this is what I'm trying to find out -if her pic is still used.(Just writing the history of the breed in the UK for OD and am listing all her achievements.) :) I don't actually know who the one without poppies is but would assume it's a Sabrefield too although you never know!

Just found out who the bitch without poppies is (which is the current one on the KC website as well) -it's my Ripley's mother. :)  (S. Quite A Story.) LOL that made me proud, I have a bitch whose mother is illustrating the breed standard! :D
