I'm there as a spectator, going on Sunday but I'm trying to convince dad to take me for the whole weekend. I have a shopping spree to do :D

Thanks Yvonne. Must admit to being nervous now as he freaked out at his last show -I do hope it was a one off. (He wasn't the only one who did it and the judge wasn't a breed specialist.) I feel really bad for you not being able to go! :(

don't worry about it Marianne - most belgians go through this stage and come out the other side - it's just SOO annoying at the time prticularly when you have a quality puppy and they just throw the class away by being silly :( - step up the ringcraft classes between now and Crufts and keep your fingers crossed on the day . I'll be there with Dylan again this year in PG.  He didn't have a great time last year (hated the benches and got really stressed, which upset me, as I'd put him through it!! ), but hopefully as he's nearly 2 this time, he'll be OK.  Will be taking a big bottle of Rescue Remedy with me just in case!!

i will be there on thursday to support our team in the interregionals (obedience). may come back on sunday for world cup.
am going to try to get up there for one of the  OB ticket days,but it does depend on work. id quite like to go on friday to watch the dogs.

At Manchester Bryony got second in class of five with her baby so qualified her for next year too.

I ballsed up with Quest in Limit as it was a class of 10 and when judge pointed to me and I saw there were five dogs already pulled I thought he was finished with me, turned out I was in the cut, walked in the ring with her Open dog to realise he was still judging the Cut in Limit, and Bryony had disppeared with Quest :(

I wish judges and Stewards would make it very clear who is in and whether they are shortlisting or placing, it was noisy and at the distance the judge was making selections I couldn't hear or be able to ask.

For Open I did ask the steward to tell the judge I had limited eyesight so to make any selection clear, and from then on he came right up to each exhibitor.  I hate the imperious wave, when selecting as the confident handler wil often step forward in place of the less assuming, and some judges in lower placings don't bother to correct.

Did get second in Open with Brodie, though with 2CCs he is qualified for life anyway.

Yep DD on Thursday, and by the main ring on Friday. 

Don't know what to do now though as would have taken Tula and Kizi to DD and Lexi and Jozi to show, but now I only have Kizi will need to take all 3, but will the two to be shown be too tired for the show next day? 

Jozi would actually be better for being a bit tired, but not so sure that Lexi will perform if tired, but don't like to leave her on her own at home, as she isn't really used to it.

Im going on the thursday, to do all my shopping, and then back up on the sunday gundog day with my Flatcoat in Puppy Dog. Hopefully have a relaxing day watching judging, as normally so busy showing and shopping, dont have a chance to enjoy Crufts. So going to be very organised this year, and have 2 days there!

My parents are coming too, if only to watch our class, we are travelling in seperate cars as we will be leaving at about 4.30/5am and I want to sent them off to TRY and do some shopping for me while I'm ringside..then they can go home when they've had enough, unlike us with dogs who are forced to stay all day :D

If Alfs leg gets better I will be there on Sunday in Irish Setter JD, UGD and GCD
