Hi  my son will be 30 next week and I have wracked my brains thinking about a present.  I want to get him something personal but cant think what.  His girlfriend has over the years bought him a watch, ring and a neck chain and thats about all the jewellary he will wear.  Any ideas?

For my 40th birthday my husband bought me a days rally driving! It was fantastic :D All depends on how much you want to spend.  The days rallying was about £260.

For special male birthdays, we have bought handmade cuff-links. A jeweller near us makes them and my son has a lovely pair that look just like gold buttons :)

For my nephews' 30th birthday I bought him a really lovely hip flask and then had a few lines of " Burns' " poetry inscribed on it.

Something personal, name a star after him. Different but may be not manly enough for some :-D

I've bought my Hubby an acre on the Moon, then on Mars...can't wait to claim the rent when someone lives there!! LOL
