Hi,

I mated my bitch her second mating was on 3rd jan, her first being on the 1st, this morning she was sick well it was more froth, do you think this could be morning sickness or is it too early? she seems fine in her self otherwise.
This will be her and my first time, she has had all the relevant health checks, her breeder has took us under her wing and is being brill.
I know all dogs are different, ive heard that some can get more loving, this won't apply to mine as she couldn't possibly get anymore loving, i suppose at the end of the day its just a waiting game untill her scan.

thanks lisa

In my breed of dog they can have morninng sickness around day 13 but my girl was sick very early just like yours just little bit of frothy yellowy(wee coloured) stuff in a morning. She was a very fussy eater and I found that she was sick every day on an empty stomach but if I gave her a little drink of milk as soon as she was up in a morning she was not sick that day, this went on thorough out her pregnancy and she went on to have 5 big healthly pups.

Thanks,

this was a yellow colour, as i said she seems fine otherwise and it was only the once this morning, she loves milk so if it carries on i'll try your tip.
thanks again.

Hi Lisa
A few of mine have had morning sickness round about the third week of pregnancy, but they usually get over it after a few days.
