hi can anyone help.  a friend of mine is trying to register his new litter we have filled in all the relevant details, but there is one bit on there that we are unsure about.   it gives you                  pedigrees
                                             E, F OR T.

does anyone know what this means and which ones we are meant to choose?  i thought T ment transfer, but am not sure.

many thanks

angela.

E F or T relates to the pedigree of your litter, and whether you want to pay for a pedigree at the same time as registering your litter.
E is for enhanced 5 generation pedigree with Champions in red
F is for 5 generation pedigree
T is for 3 generation pedigree   :)

Most people prefer to print theri own pedigrees and include things that aren't on the KC ones.  I always put the hip scores where known on each dog etc.

Can't see with all that unused blank space on the registration certificates why they can't do like in other countires and have a Registration certificate that includes the 3 generation pedigree.

Be less confusion in buyers midns about papers as so often people think a nicley printed pedigree is papers when theri pup isn't actualy KC registered.

Hi Angela,

E, F and T are just the optional extra things you can purchase when registering the litter, if you look on the guide attached to the form, there is a little table tellling you what E, F and T means!  E for enhanced pedigree certificates, F for 5 generation pedigrees and T for 3 generation peds!

Hope this helps!

edited to say posted at the same time as chocymolly!!

As others have said, those are all optional extras - you don't have to have any of them. The booklet accompanying the form will explain it all. :)
