Ask your vet?

If it's for a de-scale or possible extraction etc your vet should be able to attend to this under GA.  More specialised fields of canine orthodontics practitioners are few and far between and generally require a veterinary referral anyway.   Your vet should be au fait with the nearest location if an actual specialist is what you need.
