Just wondering if anyone else has been watching his new show?

I've only just started trying his weight loss system out, going well so far - the method he advised for beating cravings is fantastic, I no longer feel ruled by the evil Mini Eggs! :D

Got a way to go, but I do feel optimistic about the whole thing.

Me and my husband have been following it and have both lost 9 pounds.  I must check up on the tapping method though as i forgot where to tap after the collar bone.

I also work as a thought field therapist (the tapping bit of what he does) but found the only problem with using it to control cravings and addiction in general is that you really have to want to stop.  When I have had TFT used on me for chocolate cravings I've found that i can over ride the craving by not tapping and think that an electric shock treatment when chocolate passes my lips or a tazer stun gun would probably be necessary to keep me away from the dreaded chocolate coz nothing else will do it.

Above eye, below eye, collar bone, under armpit, side of hand (karate chop side!!), back of hand.  Can you tell I've been using it a lot? :D

What do you do with it? Luckily, I haven't had any cravings yet :D

Yep, I am watching it. Seems to make a lot of sense. I've been on it since Satuday but I am not weighing myself - I'm just going to continue feeling better :D

Is the email sign up from a web site address and if so what is the name of the site.
I have been on a low carb diet for 2 weeks and have gained half a stone :mad: to make matters worse the OH has lost half a stone and still guzzling, beer, whisky, gin, red wine :mad:
Am i right in thinking that PMcK is on Sky
- By jackyjat [gb] Date 20.01.06 19:21 UTC
Yes, on Sky One.  Its fantastic to see a "diet" that consists of common sense and awareness rather than starvation and deprival.

Oh well, I will stick to gaining weight instead as I don't subscribe to Sky
