Yes i have heard of this before and it is to do with the left and right hand side of brain trying to work too closely together.
A similar thing is to pat your head and rub your tummy at the same time!
I would be interested to know if there are any ambidextrous people out there who can do these things easily?

I'm left handed and it didnt work for me
perhaps thats why??
