Me too Star, and I'm with Freeserve as well and have been trying to mail people on ntl. It seems semetimes the ISPs  don't accept each other's mails, most likely due to their own spam filters wrongly identifying mails as spam, there has in the past been several instances when anything sent from freeserve to AOL has been rejected, and as a test I've then sent something using a different ISP and that has then worked. Ntl seems to be very problematic at the moment as I know a large number of people with them that cannot receive any e-mails sent from lists at yahoogroups. That has been going on for months.

So unfortunately I don't think there is an awful lot that can be done as the problem is likely with ntl and it is their customers that need to complain.

Thanks for that I wondered if it was my pc. I tried a virus check but nothing. If I keep resending it do you think it might get through :(

I haven't managed to get any through myself for ages, in the end some of my friends got Hotmail accounts so I could reach them -but it's always worth a try to send again. The trouble is like you say when it takes days before they bounce back. :(
