hi can anyone reccomend a good dog magazine a already buy dog world and our dogs ,so is there any good magazines ?

my mum and Aunt get "your dog" and "dogs today" and swop them between them, they are usually a few months out of date by the time I get them.  They are ok magazines, Dogs Today is quite controversial when it comes to topics such as docking.  They are both quite similar with the articles they have on things such as behaviour, training and feeding.  They usually have one breed each months which they do a few pages on.  They are mostly aimed at the purely pet dog owner.  Personally I wouldnt waste my money on them but do have a flick through for anything interesting when they are passed to me :)

the thing I do like about dogs Today is the fact that they point out what Pet owners shoudl be looking for in a good breeder and which health tests are recomended.  Don't always agree with some of their views, but generally it is a good and often thought provoking mag.
