Ok got all that, but what happened or what was said that was too rude to repeat??? Between Dennis and Jodie  surprise surprise aparently it was "disgusting" and should not have been aired??? anyone?

TIA
- By jackyjat [gb] Date 10.01.06 20:52 UTC
If it was what I think it was (on the counter of the kitchen) it was very tame in comparison to Kinga's shennanigans!  It wasn't much to speak of  (although did involve lots of talking dirty!) and they all remained clothed at all times.

He also lept on her while she was in bed and either snogged her or simply whispered nothings in her ear which I doubt were of the sweet kind, more the saucy sort.

It wasn't what didn't happen - it was the way that it was discussed between them and the terms they used. The way that JM and DR discussed s*x was enought to make me cringe with embarrassment - not to mention the fact that she was being extemely, um, loose with her affections with him and he was stalkingly lapping it up.

If thats the standard they are setting for watching teenagers - then we're really screwed (pardon the pun).
- By jackyjat [gb] Date 10.01.06 21:00 UTC
Oooo 'Ek, I must be getting blase to the smut from watching too much trash.  You're quite right Chloe, discretion wasn't part of the picture.  This certainly isn't one for the children to watch.
- By Carla Date 10.01.06 21:06 UTC
I can't believe I actually watched it last night and didn't really react to it - it was only when I heard the hoo-har about it today and I sat and thought about it.... how s*x should be part of a loving relationship and not a seedy proposition between a has-been and a wannabee :D
- By STARRYEYES Date 10.01.06 21:00 UTC
yes she look shocked ....
- By Melodysk [gb] Date 10.01.06 21:50 UTC
Am watching BB now ....Jodie is VILE
- By susantwenty? [gb] Date 10.01.06 23:25 UTC
Oh no i watched it last night i really can't stand Jodie Marsh she could have turned it all around if she tamed herself down, last night aswell though at the pool she was rubbing herself up in front of Dennis Rotherman:eek:

I do like Pete but he's abit cruel at times, he seems like a bully, he called Tracie a stupid thick bitch last night, we all know she's not the sharpest box in the draw but it doesn't need to be said:rolleyes:  What about Dennis Rotheram he really scares me he seems to follow all the younger girls around just standing there watching them he makes my skin crawl:eek:  Barrymoore does make me cringe to it's like he's acting all the time:rolleyes:.

Jodie is dirty she turned around to Dennis and said she'd have sex with him but she didn't want a relationship, i do hope she gets voted out definitely a tart in my books:cool:

Warm regards Susan

Thank you Jackyjat :-) Apreciate it ;-)
- By hairypooch Date 11.01.06 13:01 UTC
George commented that he thought Dennis was a sexual predator, how very true! He gives me the creeps and I couldn't stay in a room with the man, let alone share a house

Jodie Marsh is just disgusting. That word sums her up perfectly. I thought I was broadminded until I watched her antics and listened to the filth and that comes out of her mouth. I now feel like a prude. If my daughter, when she gets older, ever comes near to behaving like her....I'll take her out of circulation myself  If I were her parents I'd want to stay anonymous!

Barrymore still crying for himself I see. He goes into the diary room to nominate and then ends up talking about his childhood and bad atmospheres and off he goes blubbing again

Notice Farria (SP) lost her ladylike accent and decorum when discussing s*x with Dennis. The the air turned blue and the public school accent suddenly disappeared. Then she had the audacity to tell him not to use the F word *sarcastic smile* She really is no better than JM.

Definitely car crash TV, don't want to watch but keep being drawn back to it...
- By Carla Date 11.01.06 13:06 UTC
I saw a very astute comment on Jodie M - something like "she's so insecure she just walks round looking for a ruck or a ****" (rhymes with ruck) LOL
- By arched [gb] Date 11.01.06 13:11 UTC
I was so determined not to watch....but I have to !.
Don't like any of them but I was annoyed last night when Barrymore accused Jodie Marsh of playing to the camera because of where she was sitting. So, him blubbing away in the diary room wasn't acting to the camera ?!. Awful man - hope he doesn't win and that he goes back to New Zealand. He calls her disgusting.....wasn't too long ago we had to see his drunken antics at award ceremonies etc and his tales of drug taking. Whatever went on at his house the night the chap died/was murdered I think Barrymore should show more respect - there were far too many unanswered questions.

Has Jodie Marsh broken up with the Australian singer on celebrity get me outta here time before last ( was it Pete, cant remember his name)who i thought she was married to, who gave her the recent baby?
- By Charanda [de] Date 11.01.06 14:04 UTC
That was Jordan and Peter Andre :-)  They are still married and have a baby together now.

Jodie Marsh was going out with Kenzie the little lad from Blazin' Squad who was in the last Celebrity BB.
- By Sullysmum Date 11.01.06 14:09 UTC
Oh gosh, i really showed my age there didnt i,thanks for putting me straight. Its these boobs and lips i get muddled up with them all. Right, who was on the late night celebrity thing in Spain with Sid Little and some others being holiday reps, was that jodie marsh or Jordan?lol.
- By spaniel-lover [gb] Date 11.01.06 14:14 UTC
Jodie Marsh ;)
- By Sullysmum Date 11.01.06 14:53 UTC
Thanks, ive got to try and remember what Jordan looks like now, lol.
- By jackyjat [gb] Date 11.01.06 18:30 UTC
Kenzi is hardly old enough to go out on his own let alone be let loose on a hussy like Jodie!  His mother must have been mortified!

Jordan - think Barbie Doll.  Remember the pink wedding dress and extraordinarily large enhancements out front!
- By LJS Date 11.01.06 20:19 UTC
I am not into this one at all as Michael Barrymore I have always detested even when he was the darling of ITV and the rest of them bar Preston (who is a bit cute :) ) are hasbeens, nobodibeens or willneverbeens :D
- By Balibee Date 12.01.06 14:13 UTC

>are hasbeens, nobodibeens or willneverbeens

Lol Bah Lucy :D

I agree it is quite car crash!  But again I am drawn.  I have been changing my mind alot.

I now can't stand Michael Barrymore or that revolting George Galloway.  Although I agree Jodie Marsh is vile I feel a bit sorry for her.  She does bring it upon herself a lot of the time but there is NOexcuse for Bullying   and that is what the likes of Michael and George are doing. Basically she is young, very insecure and attention seeking but she is harmless and the others are vindictive bullying g**s.

Preston or Maggot to win!
- By LJS Date 12.01.06 14:22 UTC
I feel sorry for her as I can see why she is like she is or maybe has had an influence. She was bullied at school when she was younger and is or has been involved with a Bullying campaign or Charity (not sure which one) but caught the end of a converstion on GMTV this morning about it.

Those middle aged excuses for men ought to be ashamed of themselves really

I feel quite repulsed by them, the three of them make my skin crawl
- By Balibee Date 12.01.06 14:36 UTC

>Those middle aged excuses for men ought to be ashamed of themselves really

Couldn't agree more Lucy.

I think she has a lot of issues and some people just don't know how to handle them and don't realise how they come across to people.  I think people should think twice about slating her because as crude as she is she is harmless .  I didn't realise she had been a victim of bullying!  Poor c*w is at the mercy of them again :(

- By Carla Date 12.01.06 14:54 UTC
Hi

I don't think she is harmless. I think she needs help. I think that the way she talks about s*x is very disturbing - and shouldn't be viewed by teenagers etc who might think that is the norm!

She is desperately insecure, desperately defensive and desperately desperate!

Not a good career choice to go in the BB house - she's being cynically used by BB

C :)

>I don't think she is harmless. I think she needs help. I think that the way she talks about s*x is very disturbing - and shouldn't be viewed by teenagers etc who might think that is the norm!

I have to admit that I haven't seen much of it but I do agree with the above.  I have always found BB interesting but I was really concerned when Channel 4 didn't step in when Craig seemed to be "on the edge" during last summer's show.  Now they have selected a group of people who let's face it have been so obviously picked for their, let's say, unusual lifestyles.  Far from loathing or slating JM I think we should be feeling sorry for her because she obviously didn't realise what she was getting herself into but the programme makers will be very aware of what was likely to happen.  Channel 4 will have scrutinised JM's profile and will know how she will behave and how she will react against certain personalities so they are the ones that should be slated.

Chloe I think you are spot on.  This programme is aimed at younger people and they will be influenced by it one way or another, even if it is to hear about activities that they might never have heard about otherwise.

I am not prudish and I am very openminded IMO ;) but last year I saw part of a programme about pornography in USA, how they recruit the girls and the type of activities they are expected to do and it made me feel physically sick.  It then worried me that this programme was on terrestial tv and there might be young people who assume that some of these activities are normal and widespread.  I think tv is fast sliding down the slippery slope and I never thought I would hear myself saying that :(
- By sandrah Date 12.01.06 17:13 UTC

> Far from loathing or slating JM I think we should be feeling sorry for her because she obviously didn't realise what she was getting herself into

Of course she knew what she was letting herself in for, you can hardly pretend she is naive.

She has behaved like a foul mouth slapper throughout it, that is why she is being treated with contempt by some of the other housemates.  She had the opportunity to turn peoples conception of her around, she chose not to, she is now suffering the consequences.
- By CherylS Date 12.01.06 17:31 UTC

>Of course she knew what she was letting herself in for, you can hardly pretend she is naive

I don't agree.  Yes she is foul mouthed etc but I think in her naivity she doesn't think most people will consider her a bad person for that.  She thinks she has a bad reputation due to the media and not because of how ordinary people see her.  If I'm wrong then why is she so miserable?  Why is she crying so much?

From what I understand Pete has the foulest mouth and has come out with the worst s*xual innuendo, only the viewers haven't heard that.  Remember the programme is slanted in way to catch the most viewers.  If you think that the people who get voted out is down to the viewers alone then the viewers are very naive ;)  Channel 4 decide exactly what will and will not be shown and it is their decision that JM is shown as the enemy at the moment.
- By Carla Date 12.01.06 17:48 UTC
I agree with you. I think she is foul mouthed because she doesn't know how to talk properly, or hold a decent conversation, so she resorts to gutter conversations in an effort to a) appear "cool". b) to shock and c) to get a reaction, ergo attention.

I do, however, think she is being extremely exploited by C4 and the sad, sad thing is she has NO idea.
- By sandrah Date 12.01.06 17:48 UTC

>why is she so miserable?  Why is she crying so much?

Because she is a drama queen.  She is obviously not used to people standing up to her and telling her what they think of her to her face. Why do you think she is staying so close to Chantelle, she knows she can manipulate her.

We are talking about a 27 year old woman, not an 18 year old teenager.

Let's not forget they all went in there as a job, they are getting paid for it whether they win or lose.

I really cannot see how you can use the word naivity to describe JM

Perhaps we had better agree to disagree on this one ;) :p
- By Carla Date 12.01.06 18:07 UTC

>She is obviously not used to people standing up to her and telling her what they think of her to her face.

Um, if one of them had taken her to one side and told her, fair enough. But she was set upon by a trio of ladyboy b*tches - not easy to fight your corner under that onslaught :D
- By sandrah Date 12.01.06 18:11 UTC
I think one of them did take her to one side in an earlier program, I think it was Michael Barrymore but not too sure.
- By CherylS Date 12.01.06 18:29 UTC

>We are talking about a 27 year old woman, not an 18 year old teenager.

I don't think age comes into it, you can have a naive 27 yr in the same way you can have a very savvy 18 yr old.  I believe she has a very poor grasp of what people like and dislike.  If she knew how to manipulate people in or out of the house and play the BB game she wouldn't be up for eviction.

>Let's not forget they all went in there as a job, they are getting paid for it whether they win or lose.

They all want to stay in as long as possible though as this improves their profile

>I really cannot see how you can use the word naivity to describe JM

Because I'm not talking s8xual naivity but a poor understanding of what the majority of viewers will perceive as good or bad viewing.

IMO from what I have seen although JM talks the foul talk, Dennis does the very scary sexual predator walk and is far worse than her.  MB is the biggest drama queen in there.  Who is he to moralise about anyone else with all that he's been involved in/with? Pete might have all the funny lines but quite frankly he seems to be the biggest manipulator in there.  He seems a nasty piece of work and I wouldn't want to be onthe wrong side of him as I imagine he could be extremely spiteful.  As for George Galloway, what a tw*t, hopefully he will be sunk by his constituents.

All I hope is that people recognise that the best behaved and nicer people in the house are the youngest ones.  The young singers who the older generations so often bemoan are showing the older generation up big time :D
- By hairypooch Date 12.01.06 14:52 UTC
I still don't feel one ounce of sympathy for JM. She brought it on herself by behaving the way she did when she first entered the house. She's a drama queen and will no doubt milk it to its fullest extent when she gets out. As they all will.

She's been deliberately controversial with her views and opinions but can never seem to finish, let alone start a debate with any logic. If you don't want opposing views, it's quite simple, keep your mouth shut  And she's not that young, so should know better. I personally wouldn't go in there and on day 1 start discussing the contentious and sensitive issue of the fur trade and not expect alternative views.

Barrymore still makes me cringe. * Shudders* And as for GG saying that he wanted to see Barrymore win and come back to the UK to resume his career........

Pete is past his sell by date now. He's said all that he can say that is outrageous, insulting, rude and plain weird at times. I'm all for somebody speaking their mind, but you just know that when he opens his mouth, a load of profanities will come spewing out. It's lost it's shock value now so it's time for him to pick up his hairbrush, handbag and walk. Although I've no time for JM, him and the others have been grossly unfair and downright cruel.

I'm sure I read that they may replace the one that's going on Friday with Jimmy Saville

Anyone feel that we're about to enter the Twilight Zone...noo no noo no
- By sandrah Date 12.01.06 15:21 UTC
Well I hope Jodie Marsh goes on Friday as it is the one thing she doesn't want.

I don't think she is harmless, she is already tuning Chantelle into her vile ways (not that I believe she is an angel), she could well be influencing many other young girls.

I think George is the only balanced one in there, at least he can hold an educated conversation, not that he has anyone in there to converse with ;)
- By Balibee Date 12.01.06 16:03 UTC
it's not nice tv, and regardless of what I said about feeling sorry for her, I don't like her, she  doesmake an absolute fool of herself and I think it should be on a lot later than it is.

She is a very bad influence on Chantelle, and I would hate my children to watch it but it doesn't excuse gang bullying.

:eek::eek::eek:

Noooooooooo, not Jimmy Saville, I can't stand him,  nasty old codger didn't grant my wish, have never forgiven him ;) :D
- By sandrah Date 12.01.06 16:40 UTC
I don't think she is being bullied.  She is being told her behaviour is unacceptable to the others in the only language she seems to understand.
- By LJS Date 12.01.06 17:16 UTC
She is being bullied :) Even a slapper can be bullied ;)
- By sandrah Date 12.01.06 17:22 UTC
She is not being bullied.  Innocent people get bullied, people that haven't done anything to provoke the bully get bullied.

Definition of Bully - Intimidate. terrorize, persecute.

No one has done the above to her, they have just told her that her behaviour is unacceptable to them.
- By CherylS Date 12.01.06 17:33 UTC
Are you saying that provocation is justification for bullying?  There is no justifcation for bullying ever.
- By Melodysk [gb] Date 12.01.06 17:54 UTC
People need to learn to take responsibility for their actions ..Jodie Marsh doesn't. She blames other people for everything

IF she took responsibility, she would see that the way she acts provokes a certain REaction ;)
- By LJS Date 12.01.06 18:00 UTC
Definition of Bully - Intimidate. terrorize, persecute.

Isn't that what Pete is is doing then ?

It isn't just innocent people who get bullied :)

Yes she may well have behaved in a bad way but the way Pete is acting towards her is bullying :)
- By sandrah Date 12.01.06 18:09 UTC
He is telling her what he thinks of her, that is not bullying. I am not saying he is right to do so, but as Mel said she is provoking the response she is getting.

If she cleaned up her act and her mouth she would be ignored.......now she wouldn't like that!

I think it would take a saint not to tell her what they think of her

No doubt the parents are making money out of their appearances too
- By Carla Date 12.01.06 18:11 UTC
He doesn't like her because she had a go at him about his gorilla coat ;)
- By LJS Date 12.01.06 18:14 UTC
Yes that is why he is behaving like he is :)

His boyfriend has just said on Richard and Judy that you must never cross him on anything otherwise he will make life very difficult
- By hairypooch Date 12.01.06 17:04 UTC

>nasty old codger didn't grant my wish, have never forgiven him

ROFLMO @ Balibee :D :D :D

Well he can grant it now and keep out of the BB house, there's enough weirdos in there
- By STARRYEYES Date 12.01.06 17:12 UTC
anyone watching Richard and Judy ....JM mummy and daddy are on defending her they showed the clips the excuses had me open mouthed to say the least ...of course plonker Richard is also defending her saying she is being victimised (dont make me laugh)

Roni
- By Carla Date 12.01.06 17:49 UTC
I saw it. Seems the daughter takes her lead from the parents and defends bad behaviour rather than addresses it ;)
- By Melodysk [gb] Date 12.01.06 17:58 UTC
Which explains a lot ;)
- By Daisy [gb] Date 12.01.06 18:43 UTC
What worries me about the whole programme is that these people are doing this for charity :confused::eek:

How can a charity wish to be associated with this sort of behaviour (and yes, I do know that the charity will benefit financially :( ) :( :(

Daisy
- By Isabel Date 12.01.06 18:45 UTC
JM's charities are Refuge and Beat Bullying! :D
