To make everyone's lives a lot easier today, I suggest that we all start using the handy new 'Ignore' feature. Simply click on a troll's username then click 'Ignore'.
And as if by magic, their posts vanish! :) Harmony is restored! :) :)
Thanks i might just do that :-)

Isn't it a pity that we can't do that for the peeps who don't know that the button is there!

Has anyone actually pressed the ignore button? I would have thought curiosity would get the better of most people, even if it is of the morbid kind ;)

I only have 4 on my 'Ignore' list so far!
I`m using it now I`ve found it  only got 2 tho that I was sure of & its cut alll nearly all the rubbish out. Brilliant :D

Date 09.01.06 22:33 UTC
The problem is if we use it too liberally and get carried away, we'll end up talking to ourselves :D :D (Nothing new there tho' :D )
Daisy

Who said that?

What - the quote ??
Daisy

Daisy, read what you said then read JG's response ;) :D

Tsk! My attempt at humour went over your head! I was pretending I'd got you on my 'Ignore' list! (As you can tell, I haven't!)
By Daisy
Date 09.01.06 22:59 UTC
I'm too innocent to think that anyone would ignore me :D :D :D
Daisy
I`m up to 7 on the ignore now the obvious 1`s, trouble is I think theres a lot more but I`m not sure so would 1 of pm me the others please to save me wasting time :)

I'm up to 7 now but the same link is being pasted by more than one poster. Surely it is one person being the eejit?
Maybe I`ll just leave it till they`ve gone then

I'm sick to death of these c*ckjugglers! (Sorry admin if that's an unacceptable word!)
I'm now getting private messages from them and most of my time is being spent adding people to the ignore list rather than actually reading the forum!
By Missie
Date 10.01.06 12:21 UTC

same here Roz  and my ignore list is getting longer! The funny thing is I replied to one before I knew it was a troll and my reply disappeared! I know it posted cos I read it after but then noticed it had gone! Maybe I'm ignoring myself :D :D

Wish when you added ignore it would also mark the thread as read IF it was the only new post on the thread!!!!!
Clicked ignore on one this morning before I went to work hopeing to catch up on the 'normal' posts (as normal as you lot can do that is ;) )And gave up as the only posts in the threads were from the ******'* so gave up!!!!!!
Lea :) (who always wants the impossible!!!!!!!!!)
there are certain topics that get people going on this forum. Anything to do with breeding, health testing (or lack of), animal testing by pet food companies, dogs pulling on leads, people working full time with puppies are a few. It is fairly easy to figure out who these sad people with no lives are when you start looking at some of the threads ;-) And for those of you that don't know, the collie_mad that posted all those links was nothing to do with me, don't even know how to do links for a start:rolleyes:

Where did that come from?
>Anything to do with breeding, health testing (or lack of), animal testing by pet food companies, dogs pulling on leads, people working full time with puppies are a few.
You didn't leave much out. Are you going to ignore all the people on those topics?
No one is forced to join this forum. No one is forced to participate. No one has to take any notice of what people say.

LOL - wouldn't be much of a dog forum if all those topics were banned :D :D :D

Interesting interpretation Colliemad.
None of those subjects are on Admins 'alarm bells' list ;)
