Yesterday I filled in the subscription form on the OD website.  I have since received nothing :( not even an automatic reply :(  I have written 2 e-mails to the staff at OD but so far no reply to those either, not that I really expected one yesterday, but I would have thought an automatic reply would have been sent by today at least. 

I'm now worried as credit card details were sent as it was an online subscription.  I have also tried logging on the site and my password is refused so obviously nothing's been processed yet ;)

Has anyone else had the same problems?  If so what did you do?  What can I do?

OD is notoriously slow with everything.......... We ordered 2 Mary Ray videos as Christmas presents when they were advertised as "Will get to you in time for christmas". We still haven't had them......... The deadline for breednotes for THIS week's issue was the week before last so I'd imagine they're not all around yet.........

They will get back to you the problem is althugh you "pay"online they actually don't take the money until they imput the details manually into their credit card payments ! A bit Heath Robinson-they are very nice when they contact you did you leave a telephone number so they can ring you ?

Lovely Christmas pressie from OH :D  to go with the other doggy related pressies :D  He's getting the hang of it now after 23 years :rolleyes: :D

Looking forward now to reading the critiques I missed first time round :)  I never seemed to get the paper at the right time and have always missed the critiques I really wanted to have :rolleyes:  but no more :D :D
