i need the structure of pointing. It is also true what they say, that you must write everything down. In the last 12 weeks at WW, fo 2 weeks I didn't write down and keep a track of what points I was using and those 2 weeks I put on 1lb on one week and stayed the same the other.
That's how I get overweight to start with!
Not good for you as obviously your body weight changes through the day - and I'd be depressed if my weight had gone up from one day to the next and then I'd end up ruining my diet by eating something I shouldn't :(
