I am planning to go on holiday. Were going in a group of 8. We like to try new things each year. I am not entirely bothered about the cost, Looking to spend around £6000 ???
Wouldnt mind on going over for once.
Were also looking for a sun holiday, possibly all inclusive and Child friendly, childrens activities.#

[What was your favourite holiday of all time?]
[Was it child friendly?]
[Was it in a Villa or Apartment?]

Any recommendations I would be delighted with.

Looking to go around JUNE-AUGUST time.
My family also enjoys long-haul flights! Were rather strange, lol.

Thanks,
Claire.

I haven't got a clue what they are like but my choice if I were to go on holiday would be Dubai or Singapore.
My holiday this year will be the same as the last 5 years Costa Back Garden!!

My sister lives in Singapore and it's a beautiful place. Don't know anything about package holidays there though as we've always stayed with my sister.

What about the Carribean?  We've been to the Dominican twice and it's so cheap there that if you've got lots to spend you could end up in a beautiful 5* hotel I'm sure.  We've always enjoyed it there and nearly everywhere is all inclusive.

Now if it was me it would have to be Florida for the childrens activities (Disney Land, Busch Gardens etc) BUT.... depending on the age of the kids......how about a gorgeous trip to Kenya ?  Someone I know spent two weeks with her hubby, daughter and grand-daughter (about 7) and they did one week safari and one week hotel.  The safari included one day in a hot air balloon :)  and she said the hotel was great as the evenings were lovely and warm and the monkeys come down to the pool side and sit their waiting for you to feed them :D

If you want all inclusive I don't think there is better value then the Dominican Republic, go for a 5 star hotel if you can afford it.  Not only is it luxury, but the standard of hygene is a lot better then the cheaper ones.

I always go for cheap and cheerful canaries, always hot weather nice people nice beaches and lots of bars, don't know about kids though as i haven't got any yet, but there always seems to be lots of families. There are water parks zoos and lots of markets though. If i had lots of money to spare i would like to go a bit further a field, like Austrailia or Mauritius, seychelles, barbados the beaches always look beautiful, anyway hope you find a nice destination.

Florida For the adults err I mean kids.  Villa without a doubt and always pay the extra for Executive it isn't that much more but means you are only 5 mins away from attractions.  Travelcitydirect are very good.   They fly jumbo jet flights only so the long haul is so much easier.

Editied to add that June is probably the best time to go to the states of the months you mentioned.
