How Many People Are Needed to Saddle a Horse on An Equine Forum:

One to saddle the horse and post that the horse has been saddled.

Fourteen to share their experiences about saddling a horse and how it could have been saddled differently.

Seven to caution about the dangers of saddling a horse.

Seven more to point out the spelling/grammar errors in posts about saddling a horse.

Five to flame the spell checkers.

Three to correct spelling/grammar in flame posts.

Six to argue over whether it's "saddled" or "under saddle".

Another six to condemn those six as stupid.

Fifteen to claim experience in the saddle industry and to give the
correct terminology.

Nineteen to post that this grou p is not about saddles and to please
take the saddle discussion to a saddle forum.

Eleven to defend the posting to the group saying that we all use
saddles and therefore the posts are relevant.

Thirty-six to debate which method of saddling is superior, where to
buy the best saddle, what brand of saddle works best this technique  and what brands are faulty.

Seven to post URL's to links of examples of different saddles.

Four to post that the URL's were incorrect and then post them
correctly.

Three to post about links they found from the URL's that are relevant to the group which makes saddles relevant.

Thirteen to link all posts to date, quote them in their entirety
including all headers and signatures, and add "Me Too!".

One to post to the group that they will no longer post because they
can't handle the stress from the saddle controversy.

Four to say "didnt we go through this already a short time ago?".

Thirteen to say "do a Google search on saddles before posting
questions about saddles".

Eight to prove that falling off saddles is a conspiracy.

Five to say another forum is discussing the same issue and has
completely different ideas.

Three to suggest that problems with saddles actually started during the Clinton administration, with one saying this is a long term  problem that began when Roosevelt introduced the New Deal.

Two to post how the main stream media has squashed any news of the topic from getting through to the people

and.........

One lurker to respond to the original post 6 months from now and start it all over again!!
